Email hello@colorstudios.netfor print problems, file corrections, accessibility feedback, copyright concerns, or licensing questions. Include the page URL and design name, but do not send passwords, financial details, or sensitive personal data.
Print or download issue
Include the collection, design name, Letter or A4 choice, device, browser or PDF app, and the result you expected.
Correction
Quote the exact wording or identify the affected file, explain the problem, and provide a reliable source when a factual correction is involved.
Rights concern
Mark the subject “Rights concern.” Identify the work, URL, your relationship to the rights holder, and a safe way to reach you. These reports receive priority.
Accessibility
Share the task, assistive technology, browser, and barrier encountered. We will investigate the source experience rather than adding a workaround only to one page.
Launch response target: We aim to acknowledge ordinary messages within five business days and urgent rights reports sooner. This is a target, not a guaranteed service level.
