Color Studios does not require accounts, user uploads, payment, or advertising identifiers at launch. The site is parent, teacher, and adult-facing.
Information processed automatically
Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary technical logs such as IP address, requested URL, time, browser identifier, response status, and security signals. These records help deliver files, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and protect the service.
Cookies and analytics
The launch site does not intentionally set advertising cookies, behavioral profiles, or a third-party analytics tag. Hosting or security infrastructure may use strictly necessary mechanisms. If analytics or advertising is added later, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated first.
Downloads
Downloading a PNG or PDF does not require you to submit a name or email address. The request may still appear in ordinary server and security logs.
If you contact us, we receive the information you include and use it to answer, investigate, document a correction, or handle a rights request. Do not send sensitive personal information. We retain correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for the request and recordkeeping.
Children
Coloring pages may be used by children under adult supervision, but the website is directed to parents, teachers, librarians, therapists, and adult colorists. We do not knowingly collect children’s names, accounts, precise locations, uploads, or behavioral profiles. A parent or guardian may contact us about a concern.
Your choices
You may browse and download without an account. You may ask about correspondence you previously sent, subject to legal, security, and recordkeeping limits. Contact hello@colorstudios.net with “Privacy request” in the subject.
Changes
Material changes will appear on this page with a new effective date. We will not describe a future practice as already active.
